Hello World

Well, I have started this is now my third blog and the one I hope does not get spammed to death and that I can keep up with. I want this to be a site where people can go to find out a little bit about me and my life and also about the work I am doing both professionally and in my limited spare time.

So let me start off my introducing myself...

I am a Software developer for a large title insurance company. I specialize mainly in Java and Flex development but really have the ability to program in just about anything. I started off out of college programming in PowerBuilder and from there into Java and onto Flex. In between I have done Visual Basic, C#, and PHP depending on the situation and the project. I feel that as a developer and architect you should look into your bag and find out which language or solution best solves the problem at hand.

I am married to a great woman who is also a software developer she specializes in IVR development, and we have a lovely energetic daughter. We currently reside in Colorado Springs, CO after a recent move from Jacksonville, Florida.

My hope with this blog is to showcase issues that I have one a daily basis with development, the programming industry and at times personal items. I hope that you will leave feedback and will find this site both informative and fun.
